Cards

The card is the building block of the CardLink system.

By creating a project for a new card, you define its type, fields, design and additional features.

❂ Type

The type sets the main role and functionality of the card. For example: membership card; discount card; bonus points accumulation card; voucher; ticket and others.

Define the fields that are important to you and that you want to be present on the card. For example: cardholder code, accumulated bonus points and card validity. You can also set fields that you fill in for your cardholders, but they are not visible on the card. This way you create a database of your customers. For example: email, phone, date of birth, gender and many others.

The design of the card is another important thing to think about. It should be attractive and represent your company or product (colors, logo, image...). The branding possibilities are endless.

❂ Opportunities

The functionality of the card is also essential. The card can be active or inactive depending on various conditions. The card can accumulate points when purchasing goods and use them to receive discounts. The card can allow your customers to self-register to receive such a card, or it can be strictly controlled by you. The card also has a back, where you can set a link to your online store, a map of your locations, current promotions, contact phone number, cardholder profile management, etc.

If you need to sell online cards to your customers (for example, tickets), but you don't have such a system in place, you can use the payment subsystem built into CardLink.

The CardLink system allows you to perform many tasks directly through it. Also, through the API, your software can manage your cards with the logic you want.

Here's what an example use of our 'plasticless' cards would look like:

Register at app.cardlink.bg;
Request, for example, 5000 cards;
Create an attractive design for them (we can help here too);
Set the important fields for them - for example accumulated Bonus points;
Manually, in batches, or customers themselves fill in the necessary personal data (name, phone, email, ...);
5000 customers receive an email with a link to add their card to their phone;
5000 customers now have your card in their Wallet;
Through it, they can see your locations, enter your online store, see your current promotions, etc.;
In one way or another, they shop from you – the new bonus points are immediately reflected on the card;
You have an up-to-date database of all your customers and their activities;
Both customers and you are satisfied :-)
